Underwater scooters (DPVs) are a kick! It's all fun. What do I need to start? To enroll in the PADI DPV specialty you have to be a minimum of PADI Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver certification (or qualifying certification from another organization) Minimum age: 12 years old
